This proposal was my inital proposition for taking project II (the magazine) and remediating it to a video. I proposed to make a video documentary on Colorism similar to the magazine and taking the perspective introduced in the magazine and having actual visuals represent the research I conducted.

A Story on Colorism is my final video documentary. This video shows some perspectives of African American, Latino American and Asian American students at the University of Michigan on colorism.

The Making of Project III tells the story of how the video was created. It highlights some of the great moments and talks about some of the obstacles I faced when struggling with Imovie editing.

Project III is the remediation to the second project. We were asked to re-create the second project through a different medium. Things to consider were: changing the audience, reaching the same audience in a different way, and keeping the same arguement but assessing how a new form will impact the rhetorical effects.
